They will wire it.

They did exactly the same to my account.

digitalfantasies 02-20-2020 06:15 AM

I have received a wire transfer confirmation from them by email for the full amount.

hope they actually send it.

They didnt give me any more info, but I left a review on trust pilot and there they said my account was closed because I'm in breach of their TOS.

Hi
Our compliance department rejected your Wire transfer request for 9,535.45 USD initiated on 2020-02-19 20:26:20

Transaction rejected due to our banking partner's Risk rules..

SO their compliance department who closed my account and initiated the wire transfer, now rejected that same wire transfer.

They are bassicaly stealing my 10K with excuses it seems

I was doing pretty much the same, withdrawing a bit less than 10k each time.

The amounts over 10k attract authorities and banks' attention.

Would a letter of demand by an Attorney help?
And if that doesn't help do I have any other legal options. I really dont just want to let them get away with this.

One of first rules which i applied when i started in business, is first take out your stuff to safety and then talk trash. For example, i used to have free server on oc3networks in exchange for sig, but quality of server was really bad, so i posted how they sucks. They killed my server instantly, but i was expecting that so no damage was done.

Well they say their bank can't/won't send USD wire to Aruba. Strange because I have been using their wire withdrawal pretty much monthly without problems when my account was still active.

They say sending in euro wouldn't give problems.

digitalfantasies 02-26-2020 12:02 PM

Also 2 programs have stopped sending wires to Aruba. Moving from the Netherlands to Aruba was one of the best things I did, and possible thanks to affiliate biz. But business wise it's a nightmare.

I feel like people sometimes instantly see you as some kind of a Nigerian scam artist.

digitalfantasies 02-27-2020 09:27 AM

I have received the full 9.5K today.
End good all good.
Paxum still sucks.

Strange, according to wikipedia it's part of NL, shouldn't be same then? Anyway, you can still keep your business/banking in europe and live anywhere else to avoid such hassle.

Excellent, it would be much appreciated if you could correct your online review where you accuse us of stealing $10k USD from you, which is obviously not true. Thanks

I have forwarded your request to the appropriate department.

thanks for contacting Paxum support

digitalfantasies 02-27-2020 02:21 PM

I have updated the review saying that I have received the remaining funds.

But In the review I never said paxum stole the 10 K, I said paxum closed my account with 10K it which is still true so I'll leave that in.

so I dont agree with paxums reply: "This accusation is blatantly false and could be considered libelous".

I will however remove my twitter posts where I do accuse paxum of stealing my money fair is fair
