Yep, they can be reported directly to card schemes due to non-compliant content. We are also owed money from them and have tried repeatedly to get in touch with them at no avail. To keep trying is futile so we've already reached out to all IPSPs to let them know not to deal with this company, next on the list is acquirers and card schemes, there's no other way around it. Either we sit here on thumbs forvever or we do something about it and get these scumbags off the map.
