I told him I don't chase women, and chase excellence instead. This way they chase me and I can have my pick. I think this is the same advice Andrew Tate would give as well.

I guess living. Been in 8 different apartments/condos/houses here in PDC in 3.5 years total out of the last 6 years. Been here 8 months this trip, which is the longest I've stayed in the same place since getting my passport nearly 6 years ago. My biggest regret is not starting traveling sooner.

That would be fine if there was anything worth talking about.
