Gary (NatalieK) perhaps posting in a thread about being banned when you Gary got banned, and using your wife's account (you admit to that on this forum if anyone says proof or ban and I am happy to post the link) in not one you should post in, in case it reminds people you are Gary and banned.

at no point did he post any underage image, his thread was absolute legal, just the photo wasn´t checked by Eric at the time, Eric just listened to Damien who said Gary had posted CP, it wasn´t, it was perfectly legal from a legitimate porn site.


It was a thread asking is the age of consent in porn too young & should it be raised to 21. There are so many 18 yr olds looking 16 and so forth, then adding an image of an 18 yr old that looked younger, saying this is wrong...

It is difficult sometimes when you do a google search and find a photo - also just as difficult is perception. One person can jump to the wrong conclusion as under 18 while the other scratches their heads wondering.

Your point would be 100% valid and correct if it was not for the fact he/she has stated that they posted a pic that they themselves believed appeared to be a person who looked under 18. I believe they suggest the person looked 16. But then claim they were ok to post this pic on a public forum that people in porn post on, as they thought this person was 18 because it had been on a website or something.

Now it was her/him who introduced this today as I had not mentioned the pic he posted.

If he said he had seen her id and provided evidence, then that is at least something. i suspect he has not seen her docs so he does not know her age.
