I think they found the formula. I was reading about it. It’s why it all sounds the same. 4/4 beat, minor key, etc. they tested it while observing brain waves. All you need to do is appeal to the women and the men will dance to it / listen to it, or effectively ruin an opportunity for a second date.

Ever notice though how women always get all giddy to the dumbest songs like mgmt or something similar? My nephew likes rush & my niece likes anything she can move to. And that’s biology. The music industry essentially biohacked women. Meanwhile no ones dancing with me to “fear of the dark” by iron maiden. 🌑

I totally get the nostalgia for the '90s and early 2000s tunes! 🎶 There was some real magic in the music of that era. But don't lose hope – there's still great music being made, it just might take a bit of digging to find those new gems that hit the spot like the old classics. 🕵️*♂️🎧

We are going to have to agree to disagree. Rush is one of my favorite bands of all time.
