There should be terminals at an emergency room where a fully functional AI can evaluate a patient, monitor all vital signs, and prioritize for a human doctor. Going to an emergency room hasn't changed at all in 20 fucking years. You'd think in 2023 we'd have a medical system that would be somewhat futuristic, rather than dystopian.

Do they need to be addressed and fixed? Absolutely, but there's no reason to be so depressed about it.
