On the surface I have no problem with being "banned".

The problem is being drawn into a conflict between choker's ttt and cjoverkill.

There is no conflict. You are using a stolen sript so you are banned. Pretty simple. Put CP or beast on your site or auto download dialers and you get banned for that too. Use content that you did not pay for you get banned. Use consoles you get banned. I don't ban people because I don't like them. I ban sites for what mainstream TGPs consider cheating and or stealing. Use a stolen version of TTT, UCJ, CJultra, TM3 or any other script and you get banned for that too.

Ok that answers my question of why it hasnt been killed at the source. I guess at this point Choker has every right to blacklist TGPs from his programs as he sees fit. Its his best form of recourse being reaching the source would be very difficult.

I hope both parties come to a resolution.

Bottom line here people: Be original.... don't rip off/copy/steal the original hard work of others, and big arguments and messes like this won't be happening.

I have quietly followed this argument from the time it started, and after reading the posts from countless programmers stating that the copying/theft was blatently obvious, I would have to add here that IF I was using such a product and I now know full well that it is a ripoff of someone else's work, I would do the right thing and eat the cost of it and get the PROPER solution running..... instead of digging in my heels and continuing to profit from something that is obviously tainted.

I like Choker but who cares about find trades database? Every time i listed on of my sites there i get an influx of newbies that dont read my trading rules i dont even plan on listing any more of my sites there in the future. Last time i checked there were only a handfull of decent sized sites in the database anyways.

It's not the database of approved sites that is important. It is the blacklist. TTT users can set their script to only allow approved findtrades sites, and they can set it to not allow sites that are blacklisted to sign up with thier site. Findtrades blacklist has done more to curb TGP cheaters than any blacklist in recent memory. There are over 25,000 quiries into the database everyday. From over 5000 different domains, so there is a hell of a lot of guys using this blacklist.
