Candid was so impressed with Marlin they were going to a partnership with them. Partial buyout. The facility is one the nicest I have seen, and backed with a shitload of cash.

And you were the Juiciest customer I ever had.

While I don't want to say too much about the whole CandidHosting / PowerMedium fiasco, what I can say if I would be very wary of hosting anything critical with them. You never know when things will go pear shaped.

The only good guy left at Candid. If he hasn't jumped ship is Joe Kellner. He was always on the ball and helped out plenty.

If you're looking for a Sys Admin. He might be worth a looksy.

Joe is a quality individual and a straight shooter. If I ever decided to get bac into the hosting game I would hire him. By no means are my comments directed towards him, or anyone I deem 'family' there. There were/are so many great people there. Unfortunately most of the best left and the ones that remain do not call the shots.
