Hmmm, even Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall who one of the leaders on the Supreme Court to strike down all discriminatory laws noted that when it comes to PERSONAL PRIVATE RELATIONS people should be free to choose who they hang out with. It doesn't get any more personal / private than deciding who to bone. Meaning: there are some areas of personal life where people shouldn't be accused of being 'discriminatory.'
