Biggy don't worry we know what happen and I am almost done with the video so far I have counted 5-6 times during that I asked Brooke if she was ok or how she was doing. If you feel that your model was wronged, I think you should stand by your statements. The only reason I wouldn't is if I felt I had just commited libel and regretting my statements. If you didn't, then the truth is the best defense.

To be fair, her crying after has nothing to do with what was said. You did accuse Melissa of sexually assaulting Brooke Skye. That is a VERY serious accusation. The only video that matters is whether Melissa sexually assaulted Brooke Skye.

No one should take sides till the video comes out. However, if it doesn't show Melissa sexually assaulting Brooke Skye, I would probably sue if I were them. You would do the same thing if someone accused you of sexually assaulting a model. I've been involved in a couple libel/slander cases and if they can show affiliates who dropped links because of this, it's fairly open and shut.

Whoever has the video needs to understand increased time needed to get the video out means increase in the time that could be used to edit the video. Whoever has the video - your only hurting your 'wait for the video' defense for taking so damn long.
