What I do not understand is how these billing companies -- who depend on the good will of webmasters -- can jerk us around and imagine that we will continue to trust them. I understand the reluctance of any webmaster to jettison his rebills (and God knows, that's why I stood with Ibill for way too long), but have we learned nothing and have these people who take 16% or more of our income learned NOTHING?
I can't help but ask Paymonde (and the patient souls reading this post) why it is that they cannot simply tell us the TRUTH? If they are having problems, they ought to let us know. Most of us would be sympathetic, even helpful. Instead, like the despicable IBILL, they show their contempt for us by either lying or refusing to comment. Talk about killing the goose who laid the golden egg... |

News Flash October 25, 2006 * UPDATE * Payouts Delayed - Our banking institution we use to process credit cards has had it's Mastercard processing rights removed. At this time, we cannot process Mastercard transactions, but we can continue to process Visa. As for the payouts, we will be paying out merchants tomorrow that should have been paid out Monday. We apologize for the delay. As soon as we are able to process for Mastercard again, we will notify you. |

yeah I got paid also, but still have a few concerns like an other poster said they started with not telling the truth most likely they tought they could solve in a day or 2 well now its more then a week so the question will be are they ever going to solve it?
on an other note now i see a lot of failed transactions on Visa so it looks like something is changed also with that, and do not forget we pay 60 cents per failed transaction. members who had to rebill after the 19th and used mastercard their accounts are set to inactive but the rebill are still active so whats going to happen with them? those members are not mailed by paymonde what should be an easy thing for them to do. a lot of questions and concerns, but they must hurry to fix it. I have set my own deadline and if all things are not fixed by that date it will be bye bye paymonde and hello verotel |
Well I guess my mind is made up for me. I will not have Paymonde as my primary processor. $1500 to Verotel is cheap piece of mind. If there had been one decent statement by paymonde, just a bit of humble honesty or something I may have thought otherwise. I know they frequent these boards, so the excuses for this poor PR are nill. :disgust

Well, we did NOT get paid so it would appear that they are paying only select customers a la IBILL in an effort to hold on to their most profitable accounts. This is now officially like some kind of horrible recurring nightmare replete with a blatant disregard for the truth and a deliberate effort to defraud.
Looks like we're going to have kiss-off another processor! |

I got paid (by check) and I'm far from being a big player. According to my account, the following check has been mailed too. All the same I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will all work out soon.
