you dont do this in PS you do it in Illustrator using the trace feature, you scan in a picture, any picture and click trace... and it outlines teh picture
then you color it in

Definite case of infringement. By their line of thinking if I adjusted the color and saturation and smart blurring then I'm creating a new photo and I can call it my own. What ever became of this? http://www.hotporncomics.com/ is still up. Are they still lifting whatever they feel like, or are they properly licensing the material (and eventually altering that to appear "comic" like.
