FACT: Teen is the most oversaturated niche in porn. Paul knows this.
|
Did you answer the email?
Quote:
Fortunately lots of the sites don't cut it. Which leave a lot of very good money for those that do. Now tell us that you can't convert TEEN so no one else can. :1orglaugh Do you want me to list all the sites that do cut it and make very good money or do you want to quit when you're behind? |
I have a raging hardon
|
|
The best thing I ever did was start investing heavily in content and feeds to keep members happy.... Rebills are what keeps me in business.

auto rebills where the surfer lets his card just be charged is really down regardless what site you have going, but if you have good updates they will come back and rejoin

I think the surfers we all sell to, in the main, are an educated lot. Of course some fear that and moan about, others are trying to educate them more. I also think sites shot by one guy, one way, one style are very boring after a while. How many times do you want to see the same cock get blown the same way? Stu got a letter from the surfer who sent the one this thread is about and the surfer does know what he's talking about. He knows a few here, I'm waiting for Stu to come clean and tell us about the email. He sent it to me as well. And lastly, because I have better things to do on a Sunday night, the reason there are so many TEEN sites is because many work. To argue the niche is saturated because they do not work is stupid. Like saying my content does not work because it's over sold. People who say this are telling you they can't make it work. |

Marketing 101: It's cheaper to hold on to existing customers than it is to find new ones.
This is actually a major concept taught in begining marketing classes. |
Okay, so Paul hit's me up on ICQ and asks me if I got some email from his 'member'. Smells fishy if you ask me. What do you guys think? Here is the chat log...

Stu feels it's fishy, even though the sender has obvious knowledge of the business, knowledge I did not posess. Is it better for Stu to denounce the email or accept it? Quote:
I would say a very large part of the small income the paysite makes is from members coming back after a few months. Am I better at this than others, do all sites get these rejoins or is it a case of "I don't so no one else does". |

lmao... nice. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh :1orglaugh |
LOL this guy is funny as fuck. He spams and gets caught out all the time but just ignores it and continues. Does it work for you? I hope so. Because you look like a joke.

You are also calling your business Greedy Business: Quote:
- You call your business Greedy Business - You call your sites boring - You call your sites shit - You have traffic leaks AND GODDAMN WORST OF ALL!!! - You are pointing fingers at a honest program (Titanbucks) for lying to his affiliates!!! IF SOMEONE IS NOT TAKING HIS AFFILIATES AND HIS POTENTIAL SERIOUS THAN IT SHOULD BE YOU!!! |

In your email you ask me what I was doing before I got into this business. Well Paul, unfortunately for you I spent a little over two years studying criminology with a minor in (criminal) psychology. One of the many things I learned in my studies was how to tell when people are being decitful in both spoken words and writing. Basically, how to understand what people are REALLY telling you. There are 10 reasons why I KNOW that you wrote that email. My thinking that you wrote the original sniplet that started this thread was just a strong hunch that was fortified by every rebuttal you made later on. Well, let's not waste any more time...here are the reasons: Quote:
Well Paul, are you gonna confess yet? I suspect that you won't but that instead you'll continue to post more evidence to support that you and him are the same person. What really hurts me the most though Paul is the name calling. We've all had a great laugh here (at your expense) but I have never sunk so low as to call you names. Yes, I regretably suggested earlier that you had "shitty" content. I wish I had said 'saturated' instead. :( Unfortunately we can not take things back once they are posted here. |

The supposed lie Paul presented to divert attention was based on some amazingly loose logic and some rather questionable assumptions. It really is a major compliment that the best he could do is pick on a site description on the program site page where the designer had used some of his content :) If you try hard enough you can always come up with something, and if thats the best he had ... business is rock solid :) |
Paul you speak about it being easier to retain a customer than find a new one. Does that also apply to affiliates? I icqed you asking about text links to your site. You couldnt even be assed to reply (a few icqs actually).
Theres no chance im promoting you now mate. |

Looking at my stats, 50%+ quit after the first month on most sites (with 50% being really good, seen sites with around 90% quitters, not counting trials).
I doubt that it's about content only, the problem is that many people will download as much as they can in a month and maybe come back half a year later to do the same again...not really a problem with super fast connections and download managers. Those who stay longer are real fans, they stay regardless of the pure ammount of content, as long as there are regular updates...I advertise a site in a microniche that does 1 picture series and 1 single movie update every week, loads of members stay 6+ months. That's probably the reason why there are so many single girl sites popping up over the last two years, guys that fall in love with their virtual girlfriend are loyal customers. So, content is king, but the formula "The more exclusive quality content, the better the rebills" is too simple. :2 cents: |

One was full of girls I shot to death over a year or more before he opened his site. The content is good quality shooting and porn, but the exclusivity is very small. He buys sets for less than I would shoot exclusive for. The other is full of scenes that cost over $10,000 each to shoot and some cost $20,000. One convert, retains and drags in more traffic in a day than the other does in a week. One has an exclusive site. The problem is not producing good quality, exclusive content. The problem is paying for it. |
damn how could I have missed this one?!?!? Awesome read, thnx for the laughs again paul LOL
