Here's an idea - instead of fucking over the affiliates who are probably competing amongst themselves for those same words, why not stay out of the PPC market on Google altogether? You seriously think you'll do better than those affiliates who've been pushing you since day 1 and honing their keywords to drive the best traffic that converts?

Actually scratch that...I guess it sucks that you'll also have all the referrer URLs from Google in the logs, so you'll know EXACTLY which terms to bid on. Talk about playing dirty. Thank god I don't promote you - would of been a glorious waste of my time. I feel bad for those who already do.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with trying to manage the ppc costs on our own trademarked name. Secondly, we don't rely on affiliates' data to determine our keyword selection, that is determined by our own adwords campaigns that we have been running for a long time. Lasty, you say that companies are "playing dirty" if god forbid they analyze their traffic information. If you honestly think that every single company that you will ever promote doesn't analyze their overall stats to determine the direction of their marketing, you need a reality check. I'm sorry that you don't promote us because honestly, we have awesome conversions and are going to have tons of new stuff to promote/make money in the VERY near future. If you ever change your mind, please hit me up as I'm sure we could do some profitable BUSINESS together.

You morons advertise on torrent/porn tube sites, people hate you for doing it, and you don't want your affiliates to promote your products using your name?

ARE YOU FUCKING SICK? WHATS YOUR FUCKING PROBLEM? :Oh crap

And when did I say I don't want affiliates to promote our product using our name? We specifically said for ppc purposes. We did NOT say that affiliates could not use our name for any other type of marketing of our product.

New Email

To All Affiliates:

This is a blanket e-mail addressing some concerns that have been voiced to us regarding an earlier email. We are not specifically targeting any affiliates out there and by no means were we trying to implicate any individuals as not adhering to our Terms of Service. The purpose of the earlier e-mail was to remind everyone of the Terms and Conditions and to give anyone bidding on trademark terms a reprieve.

More specifically, we are taking a more aggressive stance on the PPC aspect of our affiliate program. We are trying to weed out those PPC affiliates who may be taking away from our business by giving customers the impression that they are fleshlight.com (http://fleshlight.com) by using it in their display URL.

There was also some confusion about the use of fleshlight being in your domain name. To clarify, we are NOT stopping the use of fleshlight domain names, and any affiliate who has a site with the fleshlight name in it does NOT need to shut it down.

Please keep in mind that this is a blanket email (as was the earlier one) reminding everyone of our Terms and Conditions. We have sent this email as a service to our valued affiliates and once again apologize for not marking the earlier email as a "mass communication"

Thanks for all the hard work,

The Fleshlight Team
