Thehun is not only attacking the server where he "thinks" drawn sex, he is also attack that network. He is also assuming a certain level of technical expertise on drawn sex's behalf. As seen today, drawn sex was able to divert the attack to a msg board. Luckily, it was a board with excellent technical people.

I think this is symptomatic of the adult industry, being a larger company or feeling you are larger doesn't give you the right to inflict damage and apologize later.

I have a link site with some traffic and I list sites all the time sending my traffic. When someone changes and cheats, I'd fuckin kill them if I could because that person might have just made a new surfer NOT bookmark my site. And my site needs bookmarkers since it doesn't get anywhere 1M in hits.

Sorry, I sympathise with your situation. It is unfortunate that you can not figure out a way to stop this group of webmasters from cheating you and breaking your TOS. But, they are only your TOS, they are not breaking the law, by violating your rules. You have the right to kick them out of your club house, and the right not to let them play with your ball.

You have to eat it like everyone else does. The second you engage in a DOS attack, you lose my sympathy.

First the attack is illegal, second even if you are able to skirt the issue of legality due to the juridictions, the attack has many externalities that you simply can not control, no matter what your overall intentions are. DrawnSex, was evidently already prepared for your attacks, but luckily did not send the traffic to any location that couldn't handle the situation. However, what if he had sent it somewhere else, where it would have cost that company money, time, etc?

No matter how large you are, you are under the same set of laws that govern everyone else. That helps protect people from your vigilante justice.

It's not so simple, if I would be able to simply decline his galleries no harm is done whatsoever. But this guy manages to change himself so often that could be any of our submitters. Good galleries, new and fast server every time (none of the domains run on the same nameserver or IP-address), so he gets listed. His galleries are good. Only AFTER he's listed he starts redirecting to dialers and his rape content. Damage then is done. If I'd do nothing people would get pissed off and leave to another page. And the people that are trapped in his dialer will not pay on the web again, simply 'cause their trust is ruined. But that's not the point of this discussion. This guy is constantly breaking the rules I set for MY page where he submits to. If he submits to MY page I think I am eligable to set the rules. If he doesn't like those, don't submit. He constantly tries to hide and sneak his way in. I just had it with this kid cheater.
