You can't find one single, credible historian who was a contemporary of that period who writes about the man we know as Jesus. The only account around was by Josephus who whose work has been debunked many times as a forgery. Someone of his magnitude would have made it into a contemporary history text. He didn't.

so what you are saying is the bible was just a bunch of made up stories meant to teach people about morals through fiction ? and there isnt a guy in the clouds named god who planted dinosaur bones for us to find ?

All religions are about controlling people and making money. They have little to nothing to do with morals. Otherwise those teaching would not be so corrupt. Even a Pope who was in charge of the Roman Catholic church when it was covering up child abuse is in line to be a saint.

Why is simple. It will put more bums on seats and more money in the coffers.
