i usually put it a tleast one hour into the ref.

From experience -- the best way I have found of chilling beers quickly is to put them in an ice chest and cover them with ice and then cold water. Less chance of them exploding.

Salted ice water was unbeatable in terms of practicality and efficiency. Ice is 32 degrees, salted ice water is -5.9 degrees or so. :thumbsup

I always bought beer cold but on some of the rare times i didn't and needed a beer fast i would put a beer on top of ice and spin the bottle/can on the ice for like 2 mins and it would be ice cold everytime.. but as far as a freezer.. I would never leave one in for longer than 30mins unless you had a 1980's old ass freezer :1orglaugh
