I hit the gym every day before work. Running, weights and the ab crunch machine. But nothing beats a really long bike ride outside... or a swim

4 day split, back/tri, chest/bi, shoulders/traps, legs. all work is super high intesity 15-20 seconds between working sets

I hit the gym 5-6 times a week...I lift weights three times a week, hit the treadmill or some kind of cardio every day, and I take Yoga and Pilates, the last of which I took today.
I'm trying to work in step aerobics and swimming laps to vary my cardio..... Working out helps in the bedroom. |
I do spin classes twice a week, competitive racquetball once or twice a week, yoga once a week and boot camp training once a week. I would like to do more jogging and hiking.

I started using the local leisure centre's drop in classes and am actually in better shape than when I was doing kickboxing twice a week. For almost a year now I've been doing step class 2x, yoga 2x, and most weeks 1 ball/weights/bands class.
