Lift weights every single day, before dinner(protein shake + more protein / veggies)

Do 75-100 pushups before bed every night

Edit: used to run 3 miles every day on tredmill but that was before I was building, uses too much calories while building mass

I need to start excerising more. After hearing my father had a second heart attack it has got me worried about my health as I get older. I used to bike for an hour or two everyday but I've been so busy this summer that it just didn't happen. Now winter is coming and that will make it twice as hard but we have an eliptical, I suppose I should make use of it even though I find it extremely boring. I prefer to be outside to excersize.

Sounds like you need to move your coffee pot to your desk. Just use bottled water and keep things close :winkwink:

I hit the gym 5-6 times a week...I lift weights three times a week, hit the treadmill or some kind of cardio every day, and I take Yoga and Pilates, the last of which I took today.

I'm trying to work in step aerobics and swimming laps to vary my cardio.....

Working out helps in the bedroom.

I do spin classes twice a week, competitive racquetball once or twice a week, yoga once a week and boot camp training once a week. I would like to do more jogging and hiking.

I started using the local leisure centre's drop in classes and am actually in better shape than when I was doing kickboxing twice a week. For almost a year now I've been doing step class 2x, yoga 2x, and most weeks 1 ball/weights/bands class.

Two nights a week, I dance. Five days a week, I starve myself in nursing school, and walk around campus to classes(that's a good workout) lol

Weights 5 to 6 days a week in the gym is what I do. My diet is average , but NO with some protein works great to put on some muscle and cut body fat % !
