Change your forum signup so when they signup they dont have to click the confirm link in the email, just logged them directly into the forum when they register. Then search around for safe emailing tips. It's a very complicated subject but your first priority should be keeping those members. SO just log them into your forum right after they signup for now to give you breathing room until you can figure out how to get your emails delivered.

However, no one but a fool would send to a non-double opted in list. That, however is a different discussion.

Of course dating sites have massive problems with email deliverabilty. They send out many emails to non-existant email addresses because people register with [email protected] etc. This large hardbounce number means ISPs blacklisting the IP they use and them getting shit canned. Also many send out too many emails generally that folk would THINK are spam and so hit the report spam button. Also, they send out content that I wouldn't send in terms of the language used. ie fuck this chick tonight.

These stats are NOT per member I apied or sent to these dating sites, it is per new member on my free dating site profit from each dating site.
