say you are doing 5 figs/week with other networks.. also if they ask where ur list is from, say the marketing dept in your company handles it... case closed.. you will get into 99% of companies like that.. cuz the person on the phone has no clue what to ask you anymore, nor do they even understand how emailing works, plus there really is no other question they can ask you about emailing... ppc they can ask to see adwords, some keywords you bid for, some landing pages, etc.. email has none of that.. you just load up list, creative(ad), and blast away...

if you say ppc then they go like BS, cuz everyone says PPC.. so say email... i started doing that and now i havent been denied in a network in a year, and im in over 50 right now

Are there affiliates that push 2000/sales per day? Of course there are. But not many.

If an affiliate promotes hundreds of sponsors and converts 1:1000 on average, then all he needs to send is 2M uniques per day to generate 2000 sales per day. I can think of a few adult networks that are capable of sending that type of traffic. Tube8, Pornhub, Xvideos, Freeones to name a few.

Like TheDoc stated earlier though, anyone who can do that type of volume most certainly also sends sales to their own paysites, products, or "premium areas."

Oh an for all the newbies out there, no 1 person pushes 2000 sales per day. Any affiliate who does that type of volume has a full time staff and most likely a network of many sites.

collecting millions of emails to spam is not realistic for 99.999% of affiliates

I now a number of people that do over 100 sales a day however they continue to send the vast majority of their traffic to the same affiliate program because they are being paid out such high pps amounts. There high pps amount are on a sliding scale so to keep getting them they need to send a x amount of joins each month....

This has been the same way for years.
