I'm pretty sure I read that he said he was keeping the money because of having to waste time putting up with your bs. If so, and you did sue it would be open shut as he is pubicly stating he is keeping the money not for services rendered but because you annoyed him.

This is true. I fought a legal battle on principal once. At the time I strongly felt it was worth it but years later I know it would have been best just to let it go. I didn't do it for the money, and what I was awarded wasn't even worth my own time let alone what I spent on the lawyer. I would have saved myself over $2k easy :2 cents:

Not sure why people are acting skeptical that pr0 didn't fuck me over. He even admitted he didn't do the work, and that he offered me $1k back but he was keeping the $1k for made-up bullshit (e.g. I don't think he could pay it back).
