Holy shit that was impressive!

Cyber Fucker 03-25-2010 08:16 AM

I am still on CS2 but it really looks like worth buying... when I will have some spare bucks I will think about it. I have been playing with photoshop since I was a kid... cuz I was doing art. Now I design all my websites myself so I use photoshop almost everyday.

The Duck 03-25-2010 08:35 AM

And that's what this promotion is all about. Lets face it. You can do all those things with both the earlier editions of the programs you guys have. It takes more steps. So I can't believe photoshop has to promote itself due to competition because no program compares

And honestly, there was nothing special about that panaroma. :1orglaugh It actually came out looking like something you could do with the very first cloning tool and the proper tolerance settings.

Denny 03-25-2010 11:48 AM

Very nice!

And who the fuck took those photographs? He ought to be legally obligated to never touch a camera again?

Honestly, I can't believe that video is real. I hope I'm wrong, but seriously half a desert generated on a non-super computer in any amount of real time? In the sky example, it created parts of mountain ranges that didn't exist?? I'm a skeptic.... Can that video be proven to be from Adobe?

tranza 03-26-2010 07:53 AM

Looks like Hakish needs to find a new job ;)

Mr. E 03-26-2010 07:37 PM

hmmm, its cool but the first two examples can be done rather easily if you know how to work the clone stamp tool well. The tree might be a bit tricky as the sky is different shades but that road would be easy to get rid of. Just get the right sized brush, clone from the desert and brush over it till its gone. Would take me about 90 seconds. The example at the very end with the panoramic shot is excellent though.

JayAllan 03-26-2010 08:38 PM

Very Cool :thumbsup It amazes me how advanced PS has become. I use it every day. A great tool. I don't miss the darkroom at all. :)
