What I would like to know is the name of his company so I can have a quick look at it. Just for the hell of it. Pure pink shit is not in AZ business registry, so he must have something else. So Nikki, name your company. Come on tough guy.

http://ezinearticles.com/?Tax-Evasio...ties&id=179227

Tax evasion is illegally avoiding paying taxes, failing to report, or reporting inaccurately. The most common one is failing to report cash income. The government imposes strict and serious penalties for tax evasion.

There are three crimes with which an individual may be charged:

* Tax evasion: This is a felony and a conviction can carry a prison sentence of up to five years and/or fines up to $100,000.

* Filing a false return: The government does not have to prove the taxpayer intended to evade tax laws, just that the taxpayer filed a false return. This is a felony and can result in a prison sentence of up to three years and/or fines up to $100,000.

* Failing to file a tax return: This is a misdemeanor and can result in a maximum prison sentence of one year and/or fines totaling up to $25,000 for each year for which no return was filed.

Tax evasion

By contrast tax evasion is the general term for efforts by individuals, firms, trusts and other entities to evade taxes by illegal means. Tax evasion usually entails taxpayers deliberately misrepresenting or concealing the true state of their affairs to the tax authorities to reduce their tax liability, and includes, in particular, dishonest tax reporting (such as declaring less income, profits or gains than actually earned; or overstating deductions).

In January 2008, a grand jury indicted Jones, of Monroe, on two counts of filing false tax returns and one count of tax evasion. The government has accused Jones of failing to pay at least $190,000 in taxes.

PS: Nikki, whats your company name and where is it registered? Come on old man, don't tell me you took you meds and went to bed early.

From what I know AZ has no laws on the books directly related to porn. AZ does however have very strict health and safety codes for workers, porn or not.

Are we talking obscenity or hardcore porn? Because those obscenity charges are Federal and not State. Lots of hardcore porn companies shooting in FL, just not many shooting or shipping extreme porn.

AZ also has laws against prostitution and pandering. The only state where shooting hardcore has stood the legal test is California.

Threatening? We just want to find out if what he's doing is legal. We have thousands of illegal in Arizona. Some cross the border illegally, some shoot porn. If its illegal, it got to be illegal. Have there been a law introduced that makes one less illegal than the other? Please enlighten me.

Pastors found guilty in federal tax evasion case; sentencing upcoming

CHARLOTTE — Harriet Porter-Jinwright and Anthony Leroy Jinwright, pastors at Greater Salem City of God, were found guilty May 3, in U.S. District Court on several counts of tax evasion and one count of conspiracy.

Greater Salem City of God, once Greater Salem Baptist Church, is the oldest African-American church in Charlotte and is located on Salem Church Road, in the Mountain Island area. The Jinwrights also founded a second church, Greater Salem City of God at the Lake, in Huntersville, as well as two funeral homes, both in Charlotte.

Boy, your a grade A dip shit aren't you?

As I stated the health and safety standards in AZ are strict, for sure for strip clubs... and turning your customers into porn talent, well come on.. Either way, neither of these companies were shut down for shooting hardcore pornography.

You can find cases like this in Cali, where Hardcore Porn is legal to shoot.

Its about prostitution charges, not health code. Fucking idiot.

Quote:

A defendant's engaging in the fondling of another woman's breasts under a fee arrangement whereby undercover police detectives paid to watch the defendant and the other woman constituted "prostitution." A.R.S. § 13-3211, subds. 5, 8, 9.

State has legitimate interests in regulating prostitution unrelated to suppressing free speech; supporting rationales include preventing communicable disease, preventing sexual exploitation, and reducing assorted criminal misconduct that tends to cluster with prostitution. U.S.C.A. Const.Amend. 1.

State could prosecute for prostitution a woman who, in the setting of a sexual theater, performed sexual acts upon other women for the gratification of customers who paid to watch, without having to prove obscenity; the customers were only distanced by glass from the defendant and the other women, the sex show facilitated and explicitly encouraged masturbation, and the show was not a public performance of a potentially sexually arousing type, but a semiprivate performance with an explicitly masturbatory end.

Dumb ass, the point is if it is legal or not. Just because they have not been shut down it doesn't make it legal. Does Max hardcore ring the bell? How many companies still shoot porn in Florida? how many do it in Eastern Europe or Thailand? Does it make it legal? Go fuck yourself dipshit.

Come on, the question you asked isn't anything big.. it's not illegal to shoot hardcore porn in AZ, it's a simple answer.

As I stated, AZ has no laws about hardcore pornography on the books. And your stupid ass will never prove otherwise.

However courts can twist anything to break laws that they want... it happens every day.

Max hardcore was obscene content, federal level. Lots of companies still shoot in FL and ship porn to FL, because they don't shoot obscene content.

If a Company shoots in a location "that has laws" about Pornography, then that company takes on extra risk. Very simple... which is NOT what AZ has.
