I watched it and I still think soccer sucks. I much prefer NFL football. Soccer kind of reminds me of hockey, but slower with out the fights or toughness. The action (or lack of) is way too slow. And what is with that never ending whistle hummm from the crowd???

i think its a culture things..people in the states are used to a quick fix..alot of bells and whistles to keep us happy....a touchdown or goal every few minutes makes it a good game....if not its considered a bad or boring game...in other parts of the world..they are willing to sit and anticiapte the 1 or 2 goals there team might make to make it enjoyable..kind of like sutra:0..after watching "futbol" and getting to know some real fans ive relized where there coming from.

It makes perfect sense, it's still the group stage it goes to knock out in the next stage.

It makes perfect sense. Both sides played out 90 minutes and ended up level so both get a point. To decide a game of 90 minutes proper play with a tie breaker does not make sense. Even in the knock out faze. It's done because of the pressure of time and having a replay.
