There are also many more such examples that are not well known as they haven't hit the lawsuit phase yet. There is one girl who was actually arrested and sentenced to counselling yet I understand she is used on the tours of nearly all of these sites.

This thread makes me wish I was an uber hot 16 year old. All a person would need to do is take some enticing yet non nude pics, and sprinkle them liberally across the net where they are likely to be scraped.

Then I'd just sit back, wait on my images to show up on some site, then sue the Bejesus out of them.

Luckily for the scrapers, 16 year old girls aren't the sharpest tools in the shed.

Apple would have made money off any apps that were sold. That's why she's suing them--they benefited financially from the unlicensed use of her images.

There are another few doozy lawsuits looming from different girls.

Ironically we went after this same app several months ago as well for using our content. We only dmca'd them and apple, didn't pursue any legal action though.

Anyone care to highlight some other cases?
