Agreed.. After all these years I just don't get how any company would use an email address as the username.

At the very least they should have it set up so you can add additional email addresses like PayPal and even Paxum.

We don't require people to use their primary email account, only an account that they check regularly and their program sponsor is aware of. In your case, you were obviously added in by a Sponsor Program so you didn't get a choice. You can in fact change to a new account so long as you inform your sponsor, of your new preferred email address for EMC2/I-Payout payments.

And folks, we are listening to this feedback and discussions are already underway with our tech department. We are thinking of adding the ability for users to have up to 3 email addresses in their account, which can be given to the programs you work with as your User ID. More on this tomorrow. For security reasons we don?t like to give users the ability to ?change? email, but adds might be okay.

In general, feel free anytime to pick up a phone and call us, hit us via ICQ, or contact us on our customer service links. We are a strong tech shop obviously with the sophisticated system we offer, and we are always willing to look at any new functionality that webmasters deem important to have. We are able to move quickly on these things. We realize this is a relatively new payout option for adult affiliates, but remember, our solution has been in the marketplace now for close to 5 years and it is successful. We are here to stay, we?re up on many programs in the affiliate space now and we will be responding to good suggestions, I promise you that.

Payoneer allows loads from your EMC2/I-Payout ewallet account which can take 3 - 5 days. This costs $2. If Paxum will allow loads through their system from our e-wallet accounts, it would be the same cost, and approximately the same time frame.

As it stands the ewallet to credit card (not our pre paid card) transfers take 3-5 business days.

Was your transfer request to a Payoneer card? Because we did have a problem that created a delay for those type of transactions 2 weeks ago. It has since been fixed.

If you can icq, skype or email me, I will personally look into it.

Thank you,
LauraLee

Sounds almost great, but why only 3?

Also, for better security - the login and e-walet address shouldn't be the same.

More than 3 would definately be good. What does paypal allow? 8 or 10?

I really hate having to give out my wallet email to programs. They always seem to have security issues and it's only a matter of time before that email gets out there and we start getting spam on it. Needs to be much better separation between the money and the programs.

Save the "we are so secure" bullshit.

How can someone OTHER then me sign me up, and you be ok with it?

Please list us the sponsors that are actively doing this (without our consent). Shouldn't be any reason not to list them since this is all on the 'up and up'.

If you would like to do this, please send me an email.

Thank you,

Try and keep an email address in use for a few years and Spam free ...

Using email addresses for user names is trouble waiting to happen ...

We are pushed to use i-payout by one of our partners.
And that's exactly what I was afraid of. Have already seen some posts about credit/debit card load delays. Now wires.
By the way here is the answer from Jason:

to kitti2x: have you finally received your funds?

It would be nice to hear if anybody has already successfully (without any delays and issues) loaded his card and/or got his wire or transfer from eWallet to bank.

Hey everyone

On the Gay side of the industry I posted some corporate facts about who is behind this company here.

I dunno if it's good or bad but links are there to their corporate past, Florida corporate records, etc.

hope this helps :thumbsup

Yeah, but can't EFT's be reversed by the sender? :helpme

Why only 3? The best solutions would be to allow an unlimited amount of addresses. That way we can setup an address for every sponsor. If we ever start receiving spam sent to one of those addresses, than we know which sponsor was responsible or had his security breached.
