Look at all the sheep.. its so cute. So many who haven't been around long enough to know how things work :)

At least we know that if Paxum is having problems or going down, you will do your job and communicate exactly what you are told to communicate to us. Whether that is the truth, or more likely a variation of the truth designed to keep us on the hook remains to be seen.

emill 11-04-2010 08:28 AM

Congrats :thumbsup

Perfect job for you Michael. Paxum made a great decision bringing you on.

Alprazolam 11-04-2010 09:06 AM

sorry michael, just because they hired you doesn't mean those of us that got fucked by ePassporte are going to jump on the wagon. i lost a little respect for you by falling for this play.

RuthB 11-04-2010 09:08 AM

As opposed to the customer service reps around the world who are free to disobey their bosses and have intimate details of the ongoings and finances of the company they work for.

You are so cool and probably know all of those super customer service guys and we are all just sheep that know only the ones that do their job. We are such sheeple.

Michael O was a remote support employee for them - its not like he was in the office calling the day to day shots. If you can not see the difference i really do not know what you tell you.

I think our track record of being open and honest and addressing all concerns should speak for its self and will prove our selfs over time

so you guys can have fun with your conspiracy theory's..

Yes, Michael O is a previous employee of Epass, and he is now a current employee of Paxum.

There is absolutely ZERO connection between Paxum and Epassporte at all.

The owner of Paxum is Octav Moise, Chris Mallick has nothing to do with Paxum at all.

These are the facts, true and unaltered. :2 cents:

Chris 11-04-2010 11:07 AM

Also Paxum WILL be at internext - more than willing to talk to anyone face to face

jscott 11-04-2010 11:07 AM

Congrats Micheal, glad to see you hopping on with what seems to be a good payment system :)

Why don't you just nuckle down and prove yourselves in the service you provide instead of trying to buy peoples trust?

true enough, but you can research our company through official avenues and see it for yourself :)

I'm sorry you've developed feelings of mistrust. Our service is still just as good, our customer support is ready to help, and we're still encouraging you to take your funds out as soon as you get them. I hope you choose to continue using our service and see for yourself as time passes that we are a safe venue for your 3rd party payments.

I'd be happy to chat with you on ICQ or AIM or Skype or via email if that would help assuage your concerns in any way. Feel free to contact me :)

Argos88 11-04-2010 11:28 AM

What exactly happened to EPASS, Michael O ?

We webmasters are strange, now we are all Congrating you for joining paxum, but EVERYONE FORGOT about epass already... We really forget very soon about things.. Can't believe how fast we leave things in the past.

.

Tam 11-04-2010 11:52 AM

Congrats, Michael.... and to Paxum, nice pickup on both sides. Best of luck to both of you. :thumbsup

Platinumpimp 11-04-2010 11:54 AM

Good luck to you Michael.

I my book, you should never to be blamed for what happened with Epassporte.

All the best for a great support guy.

butcherboy 11-04-2010 12:04 PM

I have a bad feeling...and will skip paxum account.
Nothing personal but Michael was the guy I asked for help when Epass started to shit and he replied everything is normal and wire is approved and will be processed.

I doubt I was the only one who asked for this info. I doubt he did not known what's happen (in general).

And now I'm still waiting to get my money.
Actually I will skip paxum - it's a emotion based decision...

Good luck to others and don't even use wallet option!
