As opposed to the customer service reps around the world who are free to disobey their bosses and have intimate details of the ongoings and finances of the company they work for.

You are so cool and probably know all of those super customer service guys and we are all just sheep that know only the ones that do their job. We are such sheeple.

Michael O was a remote support employee for them - its not like he was in the office calling the day to day shots. If you can not see the difference i really do not know what you tell you.

I think our track record of being open and honest and addressing all concerns should speak for its self and will prove our selfs over time

Yes, Michael O is a previous employee of Epass, and he is now a current employee of Paxum.

There is absolutely ZERO connection between Paxum and Epassporte at all.

The owner of Paxum is Octav Moise, Chris Mallick has nothing to do with Paxum at all.

I have a bad feeling...and will skip paxum account.
Nothing personal but Michael was the guy I asked for help when Epass started to shit and he replied everything is normal and wire is approved and will be processed.

I doubt I was the only one who asked for this info. I doubt he did not known what's happen (in general).

And now I'm still waiting to get my money.
Actually I will skip paxum - it's a emotion based decision...
