prepare for a midnight trip to "rat justice flats."

Where is the video and pics of the Prius driver getting his ass kicked by the LA police?
Maybe they should arrest you for interfering with a police investigaation and speeding since you admit you were doing atleat 10mph over the speed limit and breaking the law yourself? Have you ever been ticket or arrested before for speeding or dirving offenses? maybe you have a beef with law enforcment? thats what the Cops lawyer will ask when you go to court to testify...except the part about the ass kicking lol. LOL Just Sayin :) <---banned? |

Even if I was the biggest cop hater in the universe, the fact is that he doubled my distance in a very short time period. For the record, I'm not a cop hater. I'm an idiot hater. I'm a corruption hater. I'm a hater of liars. And no, I didn't say I was exceeding the speed limit. I didn't want them to give me a speeding ticket. |

Your honor id like the witness to open to page 1 of his statment to insurance investigators please. Thank you your honor.. Now Mr Xeingo..can you please read pargragh one on page one for the court please starting with"i was at an intersection,," Please Quote:
Not only are you changing your story..but you just got done stating you are a hater of corruption and liars..correct? you do relize you are under oath Mr Xenigo? No further questions your honor i think we have heard enough from this susposed "witness":warning dude not trying to be an ass but u inserted yourself into this situation..a situation that puts you on the opposite side of the SFPD where they may be at fault....be thankfull im preparing you for your big day in court...dont ever perjure yourself in a court of law on the stand and under oath..think hard before answering any questions or making any statements:2 cents: |

It is shocking, indeed. It's good that he was wearing a helmet.

from what i got out of his statment he looked at his speedometer and saw he was doing 40 in a 30mph zone and the cop had to be going faster because he passed him? i know he wasnt involved in the accident and was only a witness. my point is..he inserted himself in this situation and made certain statements that will be questioned in a court of law. :helpme oh and CandyFlip coming from you thats a compliment:1orglaugh |

That would be incorrect. My estimate of speed wasn't based on opinion, it was based on science. If you're both here at one point: |-------------------------------------- |-------------------------------------- And then a few seconds later you're here: ----------|---------------------------- And the other guy is here: ----------------------------------|---- And you look at your speedometer, and you're already well above the speed limit, that means the other guy is doing probably double your speed. Now, maybe if my judgement was somehow affected... for instance, if I were drunk or high... then maybe the accuracy claim could be debated. But that's not what we're talking about. Trust me when I say I'm pretty good with speed estimates. |
Fiddy crashes !

People would pay to throw things at you, like rotten vegetables, bottles, rocks, etc and you would tell them how fast they were traveling.. We would use a radar gun to verify your accuracy and if you were no more than a mile or two per hour off, they would not win a prize.. Let me know ASAP.. This could be very lucrative for the both of us.. Of course I hope you are as good as you say you are... . |

i dont doubt your esitmations at all..All im saying is you already admitted to breaking the law..then after i pointed that out you withdrew the part about you speeding...then i ponted the fact your story was changing and how if that happend in a court of law you would lose all credibility.. Then 2 non-reading comprehension fuckers (cheesefrog & canyflip)stepped in and now look like dummies lol like i said before i was just playing the devils advocate..you inserted yourself into an investigation wich may show the SFPD at Fault ..be prepared to have some tough questions thrown at you ..thats all..peace:2 cents: |
so i am surprised the Prius held up so well.
a woman was killed near my house when a young man (he was killed also), accelerated his MC to around 100mph (on a 35mph residential street) and buried his MC inside her car when she was making a left turn, he simply had too much inertia energy going to even slow down. |

Yeah, must have been a different crash, because the one in the pix you posted shows a side collision, whereas the one in the article I saw would have more likely caused front bumper damage to the Prius, since the claim in the newspaper was that the police motorcycle was hit from behind. ADG |

Doesn't matter what you say because unless your speedometer was calibrated, when you witnessed the officer allegedly gaining distance on your vehicle at the high rate of speed, then it's as if it weren't even there in the eyes of the law.
You're also not trained & certified to provide visual estimations of speed to the court. Part of radar/laser training is visually estimating a vehicle's speed multiple times, within 5mph of their actual speed, in order to be able to testify in court that a vehicle was traveling in excess of the posted speed limit per your visual estimation. |

Farts on anything foreign.

*if* he ever had to testify in court, they wouldn't care that he admitted to speeding...
he's not the one on trial. The judges actually tend to be quite fair. that being said, glad insurance might go after the cop.... |
DEA is a certified fucking idiot
