I'm still trying to get to grips with this cloud stuff - If you turn the VM off/on will the files still be available? - There is a techy word for it but I can't think of it....

If yes does that mean you could install VNC easily?

I tried to sign up with 2 different cards - With both it just hung for a minute and then nothing at all - No decline info, no email, no nothing :error....

since webair has billed a card I asked them to never use again and billed me early causing 100s in fees I have to use a prepaid card to pay them now because they will be anything they can even if it is not in my name, now because I have to make a special trip my ........ sites are off. I planned to pay before the 1st of the month and last time I checked I still had three days but once again random shit. Just turn the ....... sites off. Only been a customer for 9 years. I have my own server and not some 2 dollar account but that does not matter does it. Tell them to turn my fucking sites on please. It is 8:30 and nobody even called me today, I found one email in my spam folder just now. My god damn father is dieing of cancer and I take care of him at nights even though the son of a bitching place where I load the card since webair cannot be trusted to have mine on file is probably closed anyway. Gotta love how they do it right before they leave for the day too.

So turn my sites on and I will go this week and put more money on this damn prepaid card for webairs wonderful service which I do not have a problem with, It is billing.

and if you get behind because they bill you wrong and cause you 100s in fees that they do not pay for they will shut your fucking sites off right before they go home for the day so you cannot do shit about it. I refuse to give them my debt card info again. I have to go load my prepaid card but the store is closed and i cannot leave where I am at anyway. They did not call me to tell me this either. YAY

My problem was fixed although it took two tries.

When my ticket said "all my sites were down in this account" that doesn't mean fix the first one you run across and then claim you are done.

When asking why they were down I was told "We have checked all of your sites, they should be up now. We apologize and will give you an update on the cause of the issue after looking into the server logs." 17 hours ago.

..never heard back why.

I can go years without having to contact Webair. This year it has been insane and only once was something fixed right the first time.
