It seems to be at the Inland Regional Center, which seems to be a medical building for disabled people. Twenty people shot, shoot is still active, might be more than one shooter.

I find it unlikely that this would be an ISIS terrorist attack. They wouldn't attack a medical center no one has ever heard of sixty miles outside of a major city. There would be much better targets they could go after.

So far it seems to be three men armed with "long rifles" went on a shooting spree, left an explosive package on the second floor, then fled in a black SUV.

Seems to rule out ISIS as well, they would have gone out blasting themselves.

This is about an hour away from me.

They had an event for disabled and patients with cerebral palsy...dudes came in and started executing people and took off in a SUV, still on the loose. So either they targeted the handicap or the county workers at the center for the event.
