So many connections between Trump and Russia, so little time.

Seems Russian spies tried to recruit Carter Page before he was an adviser to Trump. How do we know he wasn't recruited by the Russians or being blackmailed by the Russians?

Why does everyone connected with the Trump administration seem to have some kind of Russian connection?

And why did they lie about it if they had nothing to hide

Someone please explain to me why Erik Price, who owns Blackwater, is having secret meetings with the Russians on behalf of the Trump administration on some remote little known island nation off the coast of Africa?

Her brother apparently was in the mix of trying to set up a back channel communication with Trump/Putin.

The plot thickens. Erik Prince and Betty Devos are brother and sister, Betty Devos gets a job in Trump's administration, and Erik Price - who heads the largest "private military company" in the world - is suddenly having secret meetings with the Russians? Why would a private US citizen be having ANY discussions with the Russian government?

We have the former Defense Intelligence Agency director talking directly to the Russians for no reason, and now we have Erik Prince who runs the world's largest private military force talking to the Russians. Is our government about to be over thrown?

(And yes, I know Blackwater is now called "Academi".)

He is so shady and news lies being released daily this is unprecedented key Republican hardliner leaders are saying this is worse than Nixon.

I'll bet they have connections all over the globe..... but let's just focus on the Russian connections.

The civil war there is winding down as the Obama/Clinton backed rebels control only one area. Assad will have to eliminate Isis and will probably require outside help from Russia and the US.

"It's been said" that such connections between a political campaign and a foreign country would be common. Did Micheal Flynn call the ambassador from China during the campaign? During the transition period? What about our closest ally, the United Kingdom? France? Germany? Canada? Mexico? No. ALL of the connections were with Russia.

Did Erik Prince hold secret meetings on tropical islands with anyone from China? Why not?

All the Trump Administration did was done in secret, and all with Russia. All they had to do was pick up the phone and call the State Department and say "I want to meet with the Russian ambassador". Perfectly legal, perfectly acceptable, and easy to understand. They intentionally avoided the State Department, and continue to do so:

Why?

The State Department does not decide policy; It advises the president. They work for the President. Trump seems to believe himself and a handful of close advisers can handle foreign policy. They can't. There are nearly two hundred different countries, all with their own little problems, wants, and needs. Four people cannot manage this.

Why is our government suddenly doing things in secret?

Again, why would a private citizen be taking to a foreign power about such things? Erik Prince does not decide or negotiate US policy.

Why would Blackwater be involved in any of this?

He sold the company that's when they changed names. He's now running another one doing the samething based in another country.

It could be that Assad, Putin and Trump/Obama have already worked out strategy and Blackwater is to be a part of that. In which case I am guessing that Blackwater would want to be in contact with Russia.

So now the largest American military contractor is allowed to work for Russia?

You are just not getting this. Take all of the bad guys from every James Bond movie ever and then compare them to what we have in the White House right now. Our government has been hijacked by the Russian government.

So if this is all true -- just what will you do about it?

Money has always bought politicians. Despots either murder the rich and take their wealth for themselves or enslave the people for the money interests benefit.

I don't get any of this. If I was a billionaire, I would retire. Even more so if I was seventy years old. Why bother with any of this? Trump has clearly shown he is more interested in playing golf than running the country. This is a very serious job, and it's obvious Trump is not taking this seriously. The healthcare bill was a great example of this - Trump didn't know or car what was in it, he just wanted it passed.

The longer he is president the more obvious this will become. Trump and his administration are going to be running foreign policy on their own, without the State Department. There are over two hundred countries and a small team of people with no experience cannot replace the thousands of people in the State Department.

But nevertheless Trump does not stop to consider that Russia is a problem for the USA

The same lack of intelligence and/or character flaw which would make someone choose to vote for Donald Trump, is the same thing which would make them either oblivious or misinformed about the seriousness of the Russian issue as it pertains to the election and this administration.

I've thought about this too. If I was super-rich, the last thing I would want to do is work and give myself more stress.

Instead, I'd buy myself some toys, a nice house or 2 maybe, but I'd invest the rest in some high-flying ideas like Space-X and Virgin Galactic, give a hundred million to the city of Flynt to fix the water problem, invest in companies that are developing technologies to clean up the oceans, etc etc.

And even if I lost most of it, so what? If I'm a 70 year old billionaire I'm still making money from interest. The losses wouldn't stress me out at all (At least I tried!), and if there were any wins, I'd be happy.

What fake issue? Our top three intelligence agencies have told us that without a doubt the Russians helped Trump. This is not a "fake issue" - it's real. For example, we know the exactly who hacked the DNC (and the RNC for that matter), and also the cutouts the Russians used to pass the information to Wikileaks.

They also know every conversation every person in the Trump campaign had with the Russians, be it the Russian government or otherwise.

The truth will come out in the end.

i mean his contacts to russia are so obvious and they have been obvious long before he decided to go for the president.

just research a bit who was and is renter in the trump tower. he is not even wrong when he says that the trump tower was monitored by the FBI - but it was not in favor of any political party - it was because the complete russian mafia have offices there.

he said he never had to do with russian investors but an ABC-research came to the result that trump real estate investmenst in florida had the nickname "little moscow" under real estate agents.

google a bit on names like "the little taiwanese" or vadim tricher - the whole trump history is packed with contacts to russians what are on the FBI anted list.

the rich russians ( and we all know that we do not find even ONE nice guy under them) love him so much that they even sell an iphone made of pure gold with the trump head on it to russia´s elite.

i think they have him that much in their hands by giving loans with dirty money that he just have jump when they whistle. if they tell him to become the us-president - he have to do it.

syria is the same disaster and look how important trump is in that game. they sit together with TURKEY - create some "secure zones" and order a flight ban for US airforce.
as far as i remember US was always the power who ordered flightbans and did not follow foreign orders.

this connection is so obvious that i would not wonder if one day putin himself will sit in the oval office and trump will explain his flock why this "great guy" is the right one there.
