The big question then, would it be the slightest beneficial considering the site is on lazy mode moderation.

If only mods enforced some new rules and bans parallel to what you're doing.

In the meantime, I'll try to keep contributing stuff that might help some people.

This year I will be publishing a lot of open source code to Github that consists of code I use in my business in the hope it will spur others on to do new things.

Don't you wish there was a reverse ignore feature? So that you could stop certain idiots from seeing anything beneficial that you post, because you don't want those idiots benefitting from you? That's a main reason I have slacked off from posting ideas and techniques over the years.

I think the forum is pretty much dead from the politics, I come on here about 10% as much as I used to because every thread, even ones that attempt to be business related, quickly degrade into "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ORANGE MAN BAD" :2 cents:

I was banned for a week last year for bumping old threads. First time in 15 years of posting here. Paul was banned for over a year I think for much much worse. I've never been to jail or arrested or had charges pressed by any model or anyone, for anything... ever

I agree. two forums I used to frequent (one very heavily) have become boring, unethical and lame spaces, one heavily overmoderated to suit specific business interests and the other just bad jokes and constant navel-gazing about what the forum should be
