i agree some def needed surgery. but, both the before and after pics make me appreciate my natural boobs even more. (and no i won't post pics)

omg that first woman - she lost 170 pounds but look at what it did to her skin - she'd be better off being obese again - maybe they can fix that loose hanging skin.

most of the others look good - major improvements on what they had.

some of t hose girls are lucky....they got nice fixes

I would say all of the girls needed it except for the second one. She looked good beforehand.

Most of them get nice results. But I think you shouldn't never get a boob job after 60 years old or something.

also i was struck at how poor the muscle tone was on many women in their 40's.

many gals need to get on a diet and exercise program to improve their entire physique, not just buy some new tits and stick them on an old lady body.

some are good, some of those just arent savable. i also find it funny that they're so quick to get plastic surgery to look better, but its obvious they dont take the time to exercise.
