Awwww! I literally think it's kind of heartwarming.
|
Great twist at the end.
|
"Come as you are"? I'll dispute that by saying that "gay" is not one of the "modes of being"... that's what outrageous!
|
I'm jiggy with anything that offends Christians. Nice ad, too.
|
gay, gay, gay, gay! mcdonalds went too far with that one
|
Regardless of the content that was a MUCH better commercial than the shit we get here. The videography was incredible compared to the shit they give us.

lucky that they didn't mention Mohammed in that commercial.... every McDonalds in the EU would be in flames right now....
:-D . |
Nice ad with good message.
|
would of been better if it took place in Thailand...
"Son, why is your girlfriend using the mens bathroom and sanding up to pee?" |

A brave and well actually pretty understated commercial. It won't make me step foot inside a McDonald's but I don't see how it is offensive to anybody.
|
Nice ad, too bad it's mcdo.
Interesting quote from the christians: "... align[ing] themselves with promoting the godless behavior of a few" ..hm, would that be the minority group that believe in a dude that was the son of god, who got came back to life, and whose flesh and blood they eat every sunday? |
FUCK THE CHRISTIANS... they are the next Nazis. They tell you what to read , belive , how to live and demand it.

And if anything you should feel responsible for the rise of radical Islam,,, They were showing class pictures (very on topic) of female university students in Egypt on a swiss TV show I stumbled upon. The show was very critical of Islam but they also showed pictures dating back to the early fifties, two hundred women per class, guess how many were wearing a veil? zero. yes that is right not a single one. and that was the damn fifties. In fact it wasn't until the late seventies, almost thirty years later that the first veil appeared. Now they all wear it. Why do you think it turned out that way? What sentiments do you think the radicals feed on? Nooooo nothing to do with Palestinians...:helpme |
"McDonalds, Come as you are, just dont tell your dad about it. I mean shit, he only loves you enough to feed you McDonalds, right? How the hell do you think he'll react when you tell him you're a donut puncher?"
ba da ba ba ba |
When aren't christians outraged about something?

This reminds me of how I went to high school and the gym classes for men and women were separated. Learning with both sexes would be more useful.

Are McDonalds painting their shops dark green everywhere? Seems stupid, a bright red shop is really easy to find.
|
Bill O'Reilly talks about it here...

I'm not sure why AMERICAN Christians are mad at what goes on in FRANCE. There is a phrase I'm thinking of...... Oh yeah "MIND YOUR OWN FUCKING BUSINESS"
|
Saw this commercial in the theatre in Paris last weekend, no one was shouting blasphemy as far as I recall ...

Maybe the coach is a female?
Just kidding:) Anyway, heartwarming ad about TOLERANCE. The world could use more of that. |

...Perhaps even several books, chosen to reflect both sides of an issue or view of history, to give yourself a well rounded view. Just a thought. :thumbsup:2 cents: |

Notice how he asked, "So do they have one for the al-Qaida? " Yeah, Bill, because targeting gay French people in ads is EXACTLY on the same level as targeting Muslim terrorists. |

Well, with that ad they (McDonalds) at least got free advertising from Fox Crazy News...

So how many palestinian books have you read? |

Anyone who has been to my place knows that I own and read hundreds of books. In this case I read "Bitter Harvest", among others. I think it may be out of print now, but it's a powerful book. I'm a big history buff and a big reader in general. It's not easy to read books that portray a version of events that go against one's own viewpoint.... but it's the only healthy way to get a full view IMHO. . |
