Photos from Ireland (yep, pics)
goodgirl and I decided to come to Ireland on our way to The Barcelona Summit.
We spent Monday and Tuesday in Dublin and today we began a three day tour of west and southern Ireland. Tonight, we are in Galway. All the pics will be up on GotBaddog.com as we move across the country. Here are a few pics from Monday to get you started. http://www.gotbaddog.com/galleries/1...ublin7_big.jpg http://www.gotbaddog.com/galleries/1...blin18_big.jpg http://www.gotbaddog.com/galleries/1...blin47_big.jpg http://www.gotbaddog.com/galleries/1...blin78_big.jpg |
For whatever crazy reason, i have never made the short trip over to Ireland before.
I say most years i will take a trip for sure, but then never seem to get round to it, and end up somewhere else. I guess sometimes we can overlook the places which are actually closest to us. Cool pics keep them coming! |
lucky guy! :P, congrats doode!

I didn't think Tanya drank? Maybe just a little taste? I would love to travel around like you do Lloyd. Enjoy your trip!

Serious question for you Llyod, did my mom make you guys a real Irish breakfast? Btw, if the sun changes position and starts hitting Ireland, I'm on the next flight :winkwink: |
It takes a little time to load up galleries, so if you want a more current view, some of the pics are going up at http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...6&l=5380abfd22
You do not need a FB account or friend me to see them. And Warren, thank you so very much my brother. Your niece gave us a little gift. See if you can figure it out (see FB pics). :) |

Great pics BD. That's one place I've never been. Looks romantic.

When I was a travel agent, I used to get a lot of requests to book people on flights to New York from the UK on Aer Lingus. The reason was because, at that stage, you actually cleared American customs *before* boarding Aer Lingus in the UK or Ireland. Clearly that was a terrorism connected thing (prevention and not letting 'banned' people into the country) but I can't imagine that happening now.
