it jumps, the site is only a year old and still getting settled in. I it should be a pr4 again shortly or better.

You just would login and then choose to upgrade the link and enter the coupon.

Huh there might be a bug with upgrading later on, the Paypal I sent to was newaccounts - at - sslca.com you could just send it manually and then tell Chaze.
