If they are public then there is a change that they are flagged, especially if they are free. A private proxy will be safer.

More options:
1. For those social networks try use the API instead.
2. Tunnel Bear has free plan with 500MB of data per month.
3. If you are browsing the networks manually, try to change the followings where possible: IP, OS, browser, user agent, resolution, window size, clear browser data.

Try taking some shared private proxy which usally would be shared with only 3 membes and even some providers allows you to change your ips monthly and refresh new ones

I usually just create an SSH tunnel to whatever servers I have. But not sure what you are trying to do. If you are trying to make it look like you are coming from lots of different IP's / users that is probably not going to work. Although you can change the outgoing IP on your server if you have a decent size block.
