Apparently you can get up there it's actually on a closed military base, it's currently undergoing restoration but every time I go by the gate is closed

Thanks all, I'm really surprised at how well the pics turned out considering I snapped them on my phone and the sun was so bright I couldn't see what I was shooting, I could barely make out the shutter button.
