Then the correct course of action for them would be to get in touch with the cam site and request to be taken off the affiliate program don't you think?
"Privacy and anonymity" is always preserved since only the cam site holds the model's real identity. Only the username is showing.
The pictures copyrights are held by the cam site, the models have agreed to the terms. I am not a pirate I use material that was provided to me by the cam site through an affiliate program. So the dmca is incorrectly filed.
