No update since a while and none anyway have ever fix the issue of slow loading of my site nor split the advertisement area when we use specific sponsors.
and so on and so on....

But i see Lots of update have been release for their NEW cam product.

Note to my self; Christmas time i will have lots of time on my hands and my priority will be to fix my site no mather what.... AKA change theme and script to mecbunny or KVS if i have no other choice..........

Concerning updates, all the work done to WPLiveCam allowed the devs to improve the code they now put into products (sorry, absic explanation as I'm not a dev myself). All this work has to be done on WPLiveCam before implement it into WP-Script products as it was much more easier to put in one single product. In a nutshell, all the work done for WPLiveCam will be useful for WP-Script.

Hey Brian,

I may have not explained clearly. WPLiveCam was made in partnership with some guys from cam sites sources that gave us the idea to develop this kind of product so we worked with them do develop it. I personally emphasized the fact that WP-Script and WPLiveCam are two different brands and products and sites in order not to confuse people that would think that they could link their wp-script themes/plugins with this new service. Our purpose is clearly to split these two brands in people minds so that people understand perfectly what they buy and why, for example, WPLiveCam is not included in WP-Script offers.

Your theory about we develop WPLiveCam because WP-Script doesn't sell anymore is entirely wrong (please, we are open about reproaches but don't spread false information). WP-Script & WPLiveCam are both two different products we are working on it and are proud to develop. Trust me, if tomorrow WP-Script wouldn't sell anymore or we abandon it, you would be informed about.

Still, I'm happy you enjoyed our products for some months and I wish you success with your new website journey using different products from ours !

2 New updates :

- WP-Script Core 2.1 : Please update to core v2.0.1 that had just been released.

If you don't see the update in the dashboard, just desactivate/activate a product. This will make the update to v2.0.1 button appear and you'll be able to update. The new version fixes all those issues.

Using RetroTube on 2 sites for about 2.5 months and has been working well so far. Since the last update ( 2.1 ) in my WP Admin / Videos, the videos that I've imported no longer show the featured image thumbnail. It's just an empty column.

Hopefully this was not intended as it was handy to be able to see where the videos were embedded from.

hotwildmisty.. Using a child theme in Wordpress is oldschool and outdated unless you're changing a lot of code. Which may be the root of your problem. You really should have only RetroTube and Wordpress latest 2020 theme for a backup as your installed themes. For any changes you might want to make to your site use theme customize that came out just a few years ago.

Since the announcement of your upcoming updates I've been playing around with WPS Player deactivated just to see how things might work.

Not sure if you're aware of it but the block iframes redirections in mass embedder does not work with Xvideos. Maybe others I don't know because I basically only use 3 or 4 tube sites.

Also it's a little strange that Tube8 is an option in single embedder but is not included in the mass embedder block ifames. Their videos play just fine and won't redirect but they won't maximize to full screen. Had problems with Tube8 right from the start so only ever embedded a few videos from them.

Just thought I'd put that out there.

Since the last update ( 2.1 ) in my WP Admin / Videos, the videos that I've imported no longer show the featured image thumbnail. It's just an empty column. Hopefully this was not intended as it was handy to be able to see where the videos were embedded from.

Jazzix Confirmed User Industry Role: Join Date: Nov 2019 Location: Online Posts: 354	Since the announcement of your upcoming updates I've been playing around with WPS Player deactivated just to see how things might work. Not sure if you're aware of it but the block iframes redirections in mass embedder does not work with Xvideos. Maybe others I don't know because I basically only use 3 or 4 tube sites. Also it's a little strange that Tube8 is an option in single embedder but is not included in the mass embedder block ifames. Their videos play just fine and won't redirect but they won't maximize to full screen. Had problems with Tube8 right from the start so only ever embedded a few videos from them. Just thought I'd put that out there.
