.XXX gets half a pie!! And, no fork.
It seems to me that ICANN told staff to create an agreement for .XXX; but, didn't pass final vote until they consider the advice of GAC.
This delays implementation as I understand the outcome. .XXX still not dead; but, delayed again. Just my opinion.  No Fear, Just Knowledge. Thank you, Diane, Jeffrey, Reed, Tom and the FSC! |

The FSC folks do a great job on our behalf--IMO, we should ALL be formal members of FSC.

Yes, I think it will lessen his inclination to sue ICANN and the next meeting will be in February with GAC as I understand the outcome.
