Looking for a good, fast program for applying watermarks to a large amount of videos.

I'm not looking for programs that just do one video at a time, I want to enter 100's of videos, hit process and forget it.

I use Video Watermark Factory but only do maybe ten or fifteen at a time, tops. I save them to AVI so the files end up being HUGE. Don't know if it could handle hundreds. Maybe if you saved them to WMV.

I use Procoder 3 to encode/watermark batches of up to 150 videos at a time.
It's the most stable version so far, Procoder 2 couldn't do more than a couple dozen before crashing.

i have a custom built desktop application that can run on any windows.

put any amount of movies in one folder, make a watermark gif, hit run, it will output all the watermark videos onto another folder.

in addition, this script can also add PRE ROLLS before the original movie.

here's an example.

can it use PNG's with transparency or just gif's?
