I noticed Panda has taken a dislike to sites with too many outbound links versus inbound. This can be hard to do for a site that directs traffic to multiple sponsors.

One of my sites has non-blind links to a couple of sponsors, and was hit pretty hard with the farm/Panda update. Non-tube sites in the top-ten (for my keywords anyway) appear to favor the use of an internal link script to open a new window and link to an external site.

I'm looking for a solid (and preferably free or low cost) linking script that isn't the target of constant exploits. Note that I'm not looking for a link trade script. All the links can be manually entered. Something that doesn't rely on SQL preferred (could read a text or XML file).
