Everything for him is a mistake. He is a walking mistake. He can't make a right decision if he life depended on it. If it is, then my numbers of 1 purchase from every 15 unique visitors (FIFTEEN) must be fantastic, although admitedly, it SHOULD be easier to sell a cheaper product. But a sale is a sale right? and I am sure that some other sites can make my figures look terrible.

In any case, comparing livecamnetwork stats to a streamate white label with camgirls "running it" and buying all kinds of shit traffic to it is pointless as of course it is me comparing my stats to yours.

I am not going to reveal exact numbers here, and I am surprised you did, but I will say that I have more actual purchases than you in May (from which you can deduce I have significantly less unique traffic, but obviously much better quality as I do not spend ANY money on advertising, and haven't for a long time).

Uniques figure from google analytics btw.

Also, what always catches my eye in your threads is the mention of getting a million dollar mortgage. Most people aspire to getting a million dollars or some other concrete amount. Do you have an above 740 credit score? There are many factors that go into getting a mortgage and it's not just cash on hand or income. As someone self employeed, you'd need 2-3 years of consistent increasing income reported (I'm just assuming you live/want a mortgage in the US). So even if you got your extra couple sales a day or whatever, you'd need to sustain this for a couple years to qualify. You'd need a rather large credit score to qualify for a jumbo mortgage and 20%+ for a downpayment (so $200k+).
So maybe you should lower your goals some

There's no credit scoring system in Australia, but the bank would still need proof of sufficient income over the medium term (eg two years worth of tax returns). Interest rates are around 7.5% (roughly) which means he'd be paying $1500+ a week just to cover interest, even more if it's a P+I loan. The bank isn't going to give him a loan where roughly 80-90% of his gross income goes towards paying the mortgage.

Whilst I agree that it is not bad for a site like livecamnetwork with so few performers online, such high prices per minute and the fact that many visitors are potential purchasers of the software rather than customers, it is not in my opinion that good GENERALLY for a cam site.

If it is, then my numbers of 1 purchase from every 15 unique visitors (FIFTEEN) must be fantastic, although admitedly, it SHOULD be easier to sell a cheaper product. But a sale is a sale right? and I am sure that some other sites can make my figures look terrible.

In any case, comparing livecamnetwork stats to a streamate white label with camgirls "running it" and buying all kinds of shit traffic to it is pointless as of course it is me comparing my stats to yours.

I am not going to reveal exact numbers here, and I am surprised you did, but I will say that I have more actual purchases than you in May (from which you can deduce I have significantly less unique traffic, but obviously much better quality as I do not spend ANY money on advertising, and haven't for a long time).

yeah but 18 months ago he had $350,000 in cash. While he is making some adult income now, he also has borrowed heavily against the domain, has it in hock and is "pay check to pay check" living on the edge. It's just a matter of time before he loses the domain and is left with nothing.

Considering his state of mind, he would be better off if 18 months ago he would have locked that money up into a very safe investment even with a low percentage rate he could have received around $2,000 a month for 30 years. And he wouldn't have had any business expenses to pay for and no way for him to risk losing that money, basically 2K a month for the rest of his life.

assuming that your numbers are correct, then you have 1500 a week after you pay Rick. If you take no additional money out for any other business expenses that is 78K a year. ( not 6 figures dumb ass) Don't forget you paid 350K for the domain not 300K.

Lets check back in 5 years and see if you still own it and finally breaking even on your investment. My bet is that you going to fuck it up way before then and in the end you would have done better just putting 350K under your mattress.
