how funny is that considering Nats owns segpay. So on one hand they provide a product to hundreds of porn sites and on the other hand they are helping to support a site that fucks many of their clients.

If you could pick up billing for a tube site receiving millions of hits per day you would too. If you wouldn't you should seek help to stop lying to yourself.

I'm not supporting their decision to do this, I'm just saying there's no reason to point fingers at the billers for the problem, when the problem is who they are billing for. "But if they didn't bill for them they wouldn't be able to stay open", no, if they didn't bill for them they would find someone who would, and if they couldn't they would still find a way to stay open and do what they are aiming to.

So I and many other webmasters have to spend time daily, DMCA'ing XHamster for the content they have stolen from us ... while Segpay helps them profit from it - and takes a slice of that profit for themselves?

Shame on you. How can you show your face at the shows. Is business that bad?

So what that says is, you do not have to be 2257 compliant when you use Segpay as a processor. But most importantly, it says that you can use underage content, because Xhamster has a good handful of underage videos.

Just spent 2 minutes looking at Xhamster to find these. And there are more I've seen in the past, but if they want me to point them out, they can pay me.

I think that SegPay might claim the affirmative defense of being a "holder in due course" as to liability like a bank financing an auto purchase with a loan ? they are not responsible for the product itself.

However, if they are found be knowingly entering into contracts (billing processing) for unlawful purposes (e.g., the sale of copyright infringing products) they may find themselves with no legal defense.

This is exactly why i have been bumping my IBILL thread for two years now. People forget newbies visit GFY and i hope they see the post. I posted warnings about Segpay years ago and it looks like very few got the message.

We all saw the so called new IBILL return two years ago and hopefully people are aware of the risk with this company and the new Globill.net.

I see no reason to use anyone but CCBILL or Epoch these days ?
