Fiverr is ok for fun or to take a chance on something... 95% of all traffic generation techniques on there are CRAP...

the traffic is probably from foreign contries or is misleading so that everyone closes out your window in 1 second...

So what? If you don't expect much, it is only 5 bucks so go for it....
