I see it as the old PPS versus revshare debate... if you're in it for the long run and want to work a bit harder for your $, you choose revshare. If you just want to make some cash while you can then move onto the next big thing, go PPS. This program seems to be more like the latter...

The concept of the site isn't terrible, but a pay per free signup model probably isn't the best way to go.
They would be better of by starting a traffic program that pays cpm. Then it doesn't matter if the traffic leaks, affiliates would still get paid.
