Payoneer in trouble? And what about Paxum...
There was this thread
https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1038660 And today I got an email from ScoreCash about trouble wiring money to Payoneer. Apparently the bank returned the wire saying that it was "internal Risk management". Payoneer responded with Quote:
The reason I mention Paxum, is because the Mastercard is also thru Choice Bank. So if they're having troubles getting wires could it affect Paxum as well? |

Uhmm.. That's kind of scary.
I think I only have $1000 at Payoneer right now, but I'm going out to withdrawal it ASAP. I can't afford to risk another Epass. ![]()

Yep they had issues with their bank earlier this week. It looks to be resolved now, as our wires have cleared.

I didn't get my regularly scheduled payout from a media revenue program via Paxum last week. There is some mention on their forum about bank trouble when someone else was asking about a missing payout for the same period.

As I've always said, I'll stick to checks. Not much effort in running to the bank once a week with checks. I do my weekly errands then too.

I had to send 3 wires last week to get my affiliates paid. The first one direct to Belize was rejected, the second is still MIA since Sept. 14th and the third went through.

This is an interesting thread that contains a lot of recurring themes or coincidences.
Without drawing any specific conclusion from the following, I note that. Prior to their demise, Epassporte had some banks that wouldn't wire to them also, even when said bank was only acting as an intermediary. Earthport have been around for at least 10 years. I remember flying to the UK to meet with them about payments systems when I worked for an international online SPORTSBOOK. More recently, I saw that Earthport was the name that appeared on my bank statement after requesting a withdrawal from Alertpay who have also been having trouble with acquirers. (not surprising for such a half assed outfit) Zombaio also now bank with Commerzbank.

Some of you guys obviously don't realize how huge Payoneer is outside of adult, many big affiliate networks pay using it. I am not saying Payoneer is any more immune from troubles than any other financial company, however as opposed to E-Passporte they really are much bigger and have their act together.
I get massive payments from some mainstream programs using Payoneer, never once has there been an issue. I get a couple of Adult Payments too and again it's always fine. I think the thread title is misleading. |

There was another thread on here that I couldn't find again which also had to do with the US government going after US citizens moving money to foreign entities and how banks are up in arms about it. There was a paragraph in the article that raised some alarms with me as it could affect things like Payoneer and Paxum if the legislation goes through as there would be tighter restrictions by the banks. As for you getting affiliate payments... Yeah.. To date there have been few issues... But if those programs can't get money into Payoneer or they start to view it as risky, that could change very quickly. Look how fast things happened with ePassporte. |

Just don't use these places as a bank account to store your money, it might be tempting for tax reasons but is it worth the risk of loosing it all

12 months back I remember all the Paxum haters flooding the board with all kinds of shit. I get wire payments through Paxum cheaper, faster and better than any of my banks. It's getting a pain in the ass at the atm pulling out thousands at the time, but like many of you I got fucked over by epass and refuse to leave more than $100 in my account.

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the delay in responding, as you may haev seen on other posts, I was at a conference in London. The problem with wiring funds is something we are aware of, but as mentioned above, we do have an alternative way to do so. There are no funding problems at Payoneer and we DO mostly operate outside of the adult world. Without dogging anyone company out there, we are not a replacement company, but one that is even in business with Fortune 100 companies, and work with many banks around the world. I know after all the ePass issues, anything any of us say is lip service, but with over 1,400 partners and well over 1.2 cardholders worldwide, our service has continued interrupted for the most past - almost all partners have gotten their funds through and all but a couple have already been returned from those that originally bounced (from wherever they bounced from). If anyone hasn't yet (excluding @pompousjohn who I am already in touch with), please contact me at [email protected]. I would like to reiterate: ALL payments have gone through to users, not one has been missing or taken. Not in the adult sector and not in the mainstream sector. Once the payment from the sponsors goes through, it is immediately sent to the users.

We aren't a wallet, that's the difference. The money is in the bank account until you use it.
CaptainHowdy - touche :-) Either way, you won't find one complaint of a payment that hasn't gone through :-)

We aren't an adult service. Adult isn't even the majority of our clients, just part of them. But everyone needs to do what feels right to them. I'm not here to try to convince anyone to do something they don't want to do.

Maybe it has something to do with the banks not wanting to be involved with terrorism? Everyone knows that Payoneer cards have been given out to terrorists in the past that used them while they committed terrorist attacks. Knowingly? Maybe...when your CEO at the time was an ex-terrorist from the same group that committed the terrorist attack it seems to me like Payoneer knew exactly that they were assisting and aiding terrorists in their scheme to commit international terrorism.

I got this from Scoregroup yesterday: Payoneer payment is delayed. We sent the wire to them and their bank returned the wire saying that it was "internal Risk management".
There is are technical problem in accepting wires through Commerzbank. The new wiring information is to a payment processor and not a bank." So, is the new route a bank or not? |

ditto that. I understand people that I guess are in other countries. However, I'm in the US so I'm just fine with checks.
