	I'm trying to transfer the funds from my Paxum Checking account to my Mastercard. Keeps giving the the Error: You don't have enough money to transfer. Please enter a correct value for Amount field. I'm looking at the checking account on Paxum with the $ amount in the account.. I entered it the way it has been shown. Not working. How do you guys enter the amount to transfer? X,XXX.XX  |

		 Yeah, the system should tell you that a transfer fee will be deducted, in the amount of $0.25 for personal accounts. It's stupid that the user would have to calculate for that on his own. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
			That's a very cheap solution Paxum, please re-program the system to calculate for this automatically.

		 I get this same message when trying to transfer any amount of money. I emailed support and got this answer: 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
	
	"Our technical department is working to resolve some issues and the payment processor is not working right now, you can try to transfer the funds later after a few hours we do not have an estimated period, but we hope to solve this issue as soon as possible, it may be possible for you to transfer smaller amounts repeatedly." So I'm still waiting for the issue to be resolved. It's been over 24 hours now.  |
